What is Lanti?
Lanti is a small, attentive companion for mind and body. Share your inner weather in one tap. Your chosen inner weather shapes the scarf and greetings, which also follow the time of day. You can add feeling words. The app also offers small steps, an optional journal, breathing and an SOS button.
Who is Lanti for?
The intended audience is “ages 12+ and families.” This describes the audience, not the final App Store rating. Lanti is for teens, adults and families, without messaging directed at younger people.
Which devices does Lanti support?
Lanti is planned for iPhone, iPhone Duo and Apple TV. Minimum versions: iOS 27; tvOS 27; Duo adaptations require iOS 27.1. On iPhone Duo, the ritual fits the closed display, while the Willow and journal sit side by side when open. On Apple TV, the Living Room offers an ambient scene, guided breathing and bedtime stories.
Is Lanti free?
The download is free and care features stay free forever: inner weather, journal, small steps, breathing, SOS, reminders and accessibility. Optional Lanti Plus adds more decorations, scarf patterns and stories.
What happens to my data?
No account is required. Entries stay on the device and, when iCloud is enabled, sync across your devices through your private iCloud database. Lanti sends no entries to the developer, who cannot read that database. No trackers, ads or in-app analytics tools. If you allow it in the device settings, Apple may send the developer anonymised crash reports and usage statistics; this optional flow does not come from a Lanti tracker. The journal can be locked with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode.
Does Lanti use AI?
Lanti’s illustrations are created with AI tools, guided and chosen by hand.
The app uses neither the microphone nor conversational AI.
Is Lanti a form of care or therapy?
No. Lanti is a wellbeing companion. Lanti offers gentle daily rituals and does not replace support from a qualified professional. When things feel too heavy, the SOS button shows resources available for your country or, when none are listed, local emergency services. If danger is immediate, contact local emergency services.
What does the SOS button do?
From the home screen, it opens a short breathing exercise, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding and resources available for your country, even without an internet connection; when none are listed, it points to local emergency services. Lanti is not an emergency service. If danger is immediate, contact local emergency services.
When and where will Lanti be available?
Release is planned for October 23, 2026 in selected territories, excluding mainland China. Approval is still required before availability.
Which languages and accessibility features are planned?
Lanti is planned in French, English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Reduce Motion with static alternatives, and named colours are supported.
